Review
This is a really funny, sincere, and honest book written by a man who has an amazing amount of stamina and endurance even at the age of 90+. He has an attitude that even at his age it’s extremely important to keep moving every day of your life. He writes in such a way that it seems like you’re in conversation with him. He shows that he’s happy to talk to people about how he stays young, and a big part of this comes from his love of music, dance, and singing. He never shies away from telling the reader the truth about getting older, for example, how his body may not always move as freely as it once used to but this doesn’t stop him.
