Review
When I was a little girl I remember reading many of the Golden Book series and The Poky Little Puppy was probably one of my most favourite books in the series, so when I discovered this book I was absolutely ecstatic to discover it.
This book was a sweet little story featuring The Poky Little Puppy demonstrating the real spirit of Christmas. We see the cheeky antics of The Poky Little Puppy in that he was easily distracted by things going on around him and then lagging behind the rest of the group because of it. The distraction for Poky this time was a little skunk, called Herman, who was the victim of humans cutting down a Christmas tree which fell onto Herman’s home, a hollow log. Poky found an old rubber boot which he gave to Herman as an alternative home to his now smashed log.
This is a wonderful story for everybody, old and young alike.

Hi Zara, I’d love to send you a review copy of my children’s book The Adventures Of Lola.
I can’t find an email address to contact you on, please advise what’s the best email address and I’ll send you more info.
It’s an adventure story, aimed primarily at girls aged 7-12, about a very strong willed young lady called Lola, it has a twist which I won’t give away but I’ll hint that it is magical in theme. Considering the current climate I think Lola is a great role model for young girls, showing them how to stand up for what they believe in, and I’d love for as many to read it as possible, a review on your site would help immeasurably. I can post you a hard copy of the book as you have indicated you prefer.
Sorry for using this review to post a question 🙂
regards
Jade
